 Choke Beans for Positive (Fixed) Choke Valves

A Choke Bean is istalled in the positive or fixed choke valve to control the flow rate of fluids which is usually mounted on or close to the Christmas tree or Choke Manifolds.

VigorPetro's choke bean is compatible with Cameron type H2 big john choke bean, the body Material is from AISI 410SS, lined with Tungsten Carbide or ceramic to protect them from corrosive and abrasive wear. Each choke bean is a specific diameter, usually in increment of 1/64-inch or 4/64-inch, and is screwed into the choke box. Depending on the type of equipment used, the size of the choke bean can be as large as 192/64 inches.

QPQ treatment can be applied on the body of choke bean, to enhance the surface hardness
