API 6A Type H2 Positive Choke Valve (Fixed Choke) - for Wellhead and Manifolds

VIGORPETRO Type H2 Positive (Fixed) choke valves are improved from Cameron H2 series Positive Choke which is suitable for well testing, high pressure drilling and production accompanied with sour gas or / and sand from working pressure 2,000 psi to 20,000 psi. The positive choke valve is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API Spec. 6A or ASME Standard.

A bean choke contains a replaceable insert/choke bean, which is made from hardened steel or durable ceramics. The choke bean is manufactured with a precise diameter hole that forms the choke through which all fluids must pass.

Reasonable price and low cost of spares make them the most cost effective positive chokes on the market.

• Integral and forged valve (angle) body with qualified mechanical properties

• Long life and low maintenance

• Body to bonnet contact behind the O-ring seal eliminates bonnet seal extrusion

• Carbide alloy is embedded into valve seat

• Tungsten carbide and ceramic choke bean are all available

• Choke bean size from 1/64 inch to 128/64 inch, increment with 1/64 inch or 4/64 inch

• Connections have flange, thread and hub
