Customers can receive complete sets of services for the projects in time, such as technical documents, drawings, product manuals, production schedules, production/inspection control plan, etc. You can also get professional services from technically professional personnel including quality follow-up of sold products, site unpacking & inspection, installation guide, debugging and technical training.

Designing and Manufacturing

Our high qualified technicians team and engineers help to chose the best and suitable products as per API Standard or customers’ requirements. The design of all equipment is covered by a number of procedures. The engineering dept. will issue drawings, specifications, and procedures to all responsible Dept.

Inspection

Inspection plans are available for the various equipment to be supplied. A plan is issued to cover PSL and equipment requirements. Each plan describes inspection steps as required by VigorPetro, API, and contract. Hold and witness points are indicated for VigorPetro, client, and third party. All non destructive tests are conducted in accordance with written procedures.

Testing

Each assembly is done in accordance with instructions given on the work order. The work order includes test procedure. Assembly and Test procedures are issued by the Engineering Dept. with the bill of material. Certification Document packages are constructed from the assembly test records. All equipment is provided with a certificate of conformity to the appropriate standards and specifications. Certificates shall be supplied of all tests as required by API standards.

After-sale Service:

For our made products, the Warranty period is 18 months after receiving the goods or 12 months after operation. If there are quality problems within warranty period, we are responsible for solving problems in time at any time.
