VigorPetro's newly VG216-110 Iron Roughneck is applied in the connecting and disconnecting of drilling pipe and drill collar operation during oil drilling; its clamping range is 88.9~216mm (3-12”~ 8-1/2”). No changing of crushing plate is needed.
The spinner clamp and torque clamp of the iron roughneck are separated. The spinner clamp only has forward and reverse cupboard button; the torque clamp only has fastened button and punching button. The maximum angle of rotation of the torque clamp is 30°; thus it can realize the PLC program control. The iron roughneck needs only one operator to satisfy the automatic operation of mounting and unloading the drilling pipe during oil drilling.
The iron roughneck can be operated with top drive to achieve better performance and realize the unmanned operation.
